"Transitioning from our existing SMS was always going to be challenging. The Helix support team worked tirelessly to ensure that this transition was as smooth as possible. Whenever an issue presented itself they were always available to assist. Sometimes immediate solutions were not possible but their desire to problem solve was evident at all times. Helix is a fully web-based SMS and this has been very positive for the College from both a technical and from an ease of use perspective.
